Export Flow
When your edit is ready in Production Studio, you export to produce a single video file you can download, share, or use elsewhere.
Steps to export
- Review the timeline — Check order, trims, captions, and audio. Use the preview to watch the full sequence.
- Open export — Use the Export or “Export video” option (usually in the top bar or menu).
- Choose settings — Resolution, format (e.g. MP4), and quality if options are available. Match these to your target (e.g. 1080p for social, 4K if needed).
- Start export — Confirm; the platform may process the export in the background.
- Download or save — When the export is ready, download the file or find it in your library or project.
After export
- The exported video is typically saved as a new asset in your library (and optionally to the project).
- You can use it in other workflows, re-export with different settings, or share it outside MediaSnap.
Tips
- Resolution — Export at least at the resolution you need for your channel (e.g. 1080p for YouTube, 1080x1920 for Stories/Reels).
- Captions — If captions are burned in, ensure they’re readable at export resolution. If you need separate caption files, check whether the tool supports that.
- Length and size — Longer or higher-resolution exports may take more time and (if applicable) storage.
Once exported, your video is a normal asset you can manage from Project Assets and reuse in other projects or workflows.
