Prompt-to-Setup Flow

The prompt-to-setup flow is how you use AI Director by describing your goal in plain language. The system interprets your intent and suggests the right tool and setup.

How it works

  1. You describe what you want — e.g. “A cinematic portrait of my brand character in a modern office” or “A 10-second video of a product spinning on a white background.”
  2. AI Director interprets — It identifies the type of content (image vs video), whether you have a character or product, and what style you’re after.
  3. You get suggestions — Recommended tool (Image Lab, Video Generator, etc.), optional model or preset, and prompt or setup tips.
  4. You create — Open the suggested tool (or stay in the AI Director flow if it launches it), then generate. You can change any setting before or after.

Making the most of it

  • Be specific about the outcome — “Hero image for a landing page” or “short clip for Instagram” helps narrow the suggestion.
  • Mention existing assets — “Use my character Sarah” or “same environment as last time” lets AI Director use your project context.
  • Refine in the tool — After the suggestion, use the generator’s full controls to tweak model, aspect ratio, or prompt.

Prompt-to-setup is especially useful when you know the result you want but not the exact path in the product.
