Assets
Assets are the media and building blocks you create or upload in MediaSnap: images, videos, audio, and saved Characters and Environments.
Types of assets
- Media — Images, video clips, and audio files you generate or upload. Stored in your Asset Library and can be attached to projects.
- Characters — Reusable character identities (reference images + metadata) so you can keep the same person or character across images and videos.
- Environments — Reusable locations or backdrops you can reference when generating new scenes.
Where assets live
- Asset Library — Browse, search, and manage all your media. Filter by type, project, and date.
- Projects — Assets can be assigned to a project. Project-level characters and environments are available when you create inside that project.
Why assets matter
Saving outputs as assets (and as characters/environments when applicable) lets you:
- Reuse the same character or environment across many generations
- Build continuity in campaigns and series
- Use your best work as references for new prompts
- Assemble clips and images in Production Studio for final edits
Start by generating something in Image Lab or Video Generator, then save or assign it to a project and optionally add it as a character or environment for reuse.
