1. Welcome
Welcome to MediaSnap.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MediaSnap website, desktop application, cloud services, APIs, community features, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using MediaSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. About MediaSnap
MediaSnap is an AI-powered media production platform that enables users to plan, generate, edit, and export digital content including images, videos, audio, animations, and other creative media using multiple AI providers and production tools.
MediaSnap continually evolves. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MediaSnap complies with applicable laws.
If you use MediaSnap on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate account information
- protecting your password
- securing your API keys
- all activity occurring under your account
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MediaSnap to:
- violate any law
- infringe intellectual property rights
- generate illegal content
- generate child sexual abuse material
- promote terrorism or violent extremism
- distribute malware
- harass or threaten others
- impersonate another individual or organization
- bypass usage limits or security controls
You also agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of MediaSnap.
6. AI Generated Content
MediaSnap provides AI-assisted tools.
Generated content may:
- contain inaccuracies
- contain unexpected results
- require human review
- vary between generations
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially.
MediaSnap does not guarantee factual accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to MediaSnap.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses.
You grant MediaSnap a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for providing the Services.
MediaSnap does not claim ownership of your original uploaded content.
8. Generated Content
Ownership of AI-generated content depends on the policies of the AI providers used to create it.
Where permitted by applicable law and provider terms, MediaSnap does not claim ownership of content generated through the Services.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that generated content may be legally used for their intended purpose.
9. Third-Party AI Providers
MediaSnap integrates with multiple third-party AI providers.
Generation requests may be processed by external providers.
Provider availability, quality, pricing, and response times may change without notice.
MediaSnap is not responsible for outages or policy changes affecting third-party services.
10. Bring Your Own API Key (BYOAK)
Some features allow you to connect your own API keys.
You remain solely responsible for:
- securing your keys
- usage charges
- provider agreements
- compliance with provider terms
MediaSnap stores and processes connected credentials using commercially reasonable security measures.
11. Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel renewal at any time through your account or payment provider.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or our Refund Policy.
12. Payments
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including PayPal and any additional providers we may support in the future.
MediaSnap does not store complete payment card information.
Prices may change over time.
Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
13. Marketplace (Future)
MediaSnap may offer a marketplace where users can publish or purchase templates, assets, workflows, prompts, or other digital products.
Additional Marketplace Terms may apply.
MediaSnap reserves the right to remove marketplace content that violates these Terms.
14. Community
Community features must be used respectfully.
Users may not post:
- spam
- illegal material
- hateful content
- copyrighted material without permission
- malicious software
MediaSnap may moderate, remove, or restrict community content.
15. Intellectual Property
MediaSnap software, branding, logos, website design, and proprietary technology remain the property of MediaSnap or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of MediaSnap intellectual property.
16. Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, upgrades, AI provider outages, and technical issues may temporarily affect access.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediaSnap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
MediaSnap is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
18. Termination
You may stop using MediaSnap at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that accrued before termination.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes will be announced through the website, application, or email where appropriate.
Continued use of MediaSnap after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
