Characters in Projects
Characters can be attached to a project so they’re available when you generate images or video inside that project. This keeps the same character identity across all content in the project.
Adding characters to a project
- Create or select a character (in Character Generator or by saving a result from Image Lab).
- In Project Assets or project management, assign the character to the project, or add it via the project’s characters section.
- The character then appears as an option when you generate in that project (Image Lab, Video Generator, etc.).
Using project characters when generating
- In Image Lab or Video Generator, select the project first.
- Choose the character from the project’s character list (or “use character” option).
- Your prompt can focus on pose, action, or scene; the model uses the character for identity.
Best practices
- Use a clear, consistent reference image for the character.
- Keep one “hero” character image per identity; add variants only when needed.
- Name characters clearly (e.g. “Brand Mascot”, “Host – Sarah”) so you can find them in the project.
Characters in projects are part of your Asset Library but are scoped to that project for quick access during creation.
